pre-interfound class yesterday was great.
the male instructor from Holland taught us some confidence stuff,
and of cos, he is more firm than miss boo.
kept calling us guniangs -.-
After the lesson, had archings here and there.
probably i really used my muscle,
didnt have this kind of strong ache for a very very long time.
Shows that i didnt work out my muscle well previously, and now i feel the pain.
gotta work hard on your classical technique, LPT! :D
